The café serves delicious desserts and coffee. Our certified confectioner - Katarzyna Drapała - is a graduate of the Warsaw Academy of Pastry Arts. She received her training from a Master Pastry Chef, under whose watchful eye she learned how to create single portions, pralines and signature chocolate products. She also completed a course in vegan confectionery. In her work, she focuses primarily on the taste of her products, not forgetting the fact that tasting starts with the sense of sight.
