New Gurewicz Restaurant is a unique restaurant in Otwock, located in the antique Abram Gurewicz Guesthouse. The history of this building makes us obliged, so we wanted this place to worthy represent it.
Wanting to culinary revisit the glory days of the guesthouse - the interwar period - our restaurant offers flavours of traditional Polish cuisine. You will find dishes of wildfowl, beef, poultry or fish. However, surprisingly enriched with a touch of novelty. Every weekend we offer a surprise - new seasonal dishes, prepared by our chef.

The Chef - Przemysław Gryz He started his professional career in 2003. His great passion for cooking and determination to grow allowed him to gain valuable experience and to be promoted higher and higher. Thanks to his skills, he worked in the 5-star hotel "The Westin Warsaw" and was the Chef in "Hotel Spa Dr Irena Eris" in Polanica Zdrój.
He was the winner of the Culinary Cup of Poland in 2014. Thanks to that, he was awarded a prestigious internship at the "Koka" restaurant in Gothenburg, alongside the chef of one of the most highly renowned restaurants in Sweden of Jonas Larsson - "Kock & Vin”.
Besides cooking, Przemysław is interested in beekeeping - he has his own apiary in the garden of Nowy Gurewicz from where we collect the honey that is used in our desserts.
His all-time favourite cuisine is Polish cuisine with a modern twist. And that's what we offer at the Nowy Gurewicz Restaurant.
